Airyn's House

Owner Curated Places And Spaces

Welcome...we’re glad you’re here!

AirInn was built on the belief that a home can do more than host a stay. It can restore joy, create space for families to breathe again, and remind people of the goodness still in the world. That same heartbeat led us to create Airyn’s House, our nonprofit mission that gifts free vacations to quiet heroes...teachers, first responders, nurses, military families, caregivers....essentially anyone who, either by choice or circumstance, is serving for the betterment of their local community.

Every property you see here is either lovingly self-managed by the owner or cared for by an individual co-host. No faceless corporation, no assembly-line hospitality...just real people opening real doors. And every time you book with us, you’re directly supporting the mission of Airyn’s House.

There are several ways to stand with us in this work:
• Book a stay! Every reservation helps fuel the mission.
• Nominate and sponsor a hero who deserves a getaway. • Make a one-time donation, in any amount.
• Set up a monthly gift, even as little as $1/month.
• And if you or someone you know owns a short-term rental, partnering with AirInn automatically supports Airyn’s House...because our for-profit company covers all non-profit operating costs, ensuring every donated dollar goes straight to the families we serve.

Whether you arrived here to book your next trip, nominate someone you love, or simply learn more, you’re part of something bigger now...something rooted in gratitude, generosity, and the belief that rest is a gift worth giving...Cheers!

This house has a lot of space. Our kids loved the game room in the basement and the outdoor space. Great area with amazing local restaurants and coffee!

This spot is absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking views. The furniture is all comfortable. Very nice linens. Plenty of blankets and games. We cooked several meals but also enjoyed visiting nearby Georgetown and Idaho Springs for shopping and meals. Unfortunately, we had a pretty big hiccup at checkin. What was more of an issue is that we were unable to get in touch with the host for 5 hours. We tried calling, messaging, and even reaching out to AirBnB support. We did not hear back until after 10pm. On the second night of our stay we had another issue and again received no response for 5 hours. Unfortunately, this lack of response definitely had a negative impact on our trip. The host did very generously offer a partial refund for the check in issue which was much appreciated. Also, heads up - if you see “Ec” on the hot tub, it will never heat up. There are no instructions in the house on how to address the issue - so reach out to the host early as it takes a few hours to heat.

We had a great stay and would return. If you have a boat or rent one this is a super fun spot, close to everything! Some areas of consideration: There is not really a swimming area at the house, its lake adjacent but the canal was not very friendly for hanging out in the water but was great for fishing. The 10am check out could be challenging for some families to get up and out that early while still working thru the checkout to-do list. Overall we had a good time.
